REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across operations and production.

• Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes for landscape supply products.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
