Job Description We are currently looking for a Manufacturing/Process Engineer (m/f/d), with experience in collecting, processing and analyzing data from electronic manufacturing processes. Design and installation of Manufacturing facilities and processes that ensure an efficient production and assembly process, according to customer and internal requirements and standards. Location: Snagov - Gruiu, Romania (plan to move in a new location/facility in Ploiești, Q4 of 2027) Employment type: onsite Department: Industrial Engineering Purpose The Manufacturing/Process Engineer ensures an efficient series production in compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements and adherence to applicable standards. He supports Project Manager launch the product into series production. Provide/improve jigs, tools, equipment, documents and reports. They proactively mitigate risks and implement required improvements and changes with/for manufacturing Main responsibilities: Collecting and integrating data from MES/SCADA and ERP systems. Analyzing production performance (OEE, yield, defects). Creating reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel.) Supporting Industry 4.0 and digitalization initiatives. Supporting the preparation of documentation required for audits (internal/external). Define and update the layout in AutoCAD. Manage cycle time data base and improve constantly. Provides and realizes ongoing engineering support during NPI to ensure efficient manufacturing execution. Provides 2nd level support for technical manufacturing problems in series production. Together with the Industrial Project Manager, the Manufacturing/Process Engineer integrates requirements for production and supports logistics, testing and quality control. Ensures the “built in Quality” in the manufacturing process and optimizes continuously based on feedback from RMA and non conformances in close cooperation with the technical specialists. Applies lean principles in the design and realization of the production process Qualifications Education / Experience and Skills University – Bacelor's degree in engineering - electronics, electromechanics it is a plus Proven track record in a similar position English – Advanced/Intermediate MS Office Package SAP knowledge in this field of expertise.
