JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support and manage product transfer as well as the optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, cost effectiveness, and high product quality. This role involves working closely with design, quality, and production teams to optimize workflows, implement lean manufacturing practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role will involve some travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production support.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in process documentation tools.
