We’re looking for a hands-on Process Engineer who enjoys improving processes, working closely with production teams, and driving measurable results. What You’ll Do Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations using Lean and CI tools Conduct Gemba walks and collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and HR teams Improve process efficiency, reduce variation, cost, and cycle time Lead process standardization, documentation, and operator training Support equipment installation, process optimization, and new product/process transfers Analyze nonconformances (NCMs), CARs, rework, and OTD metrics to implement preventive actions Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of manufacturing process improvement or Kaizen experience Knowledge of Lean tools (8D, DMAIC, A3, 5 Why) Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC equipment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally Wood, composites, or materials manufacturing experience is a plus Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR compliance Why Gund?
