- Recommends, implements, and leads improvements to production processes, methods, and controls.
- Identify poor preforming jobs and conduct time studies to propose suggested changes.
- Draws parts in SolidWorks from customer PDF drawings.
- Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment essential for manufacturing operations, focusing on items such as workstations, tables, and other necessary improvements.
- Serve as a technical expert and supportive resource for the shop team, aiding in problem-solving, process optimization, and skill development.
- Participate in 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Provides support for the engineering team and completes special projects as assigned.
- Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
- Performs root cause analysis on issues that arise in the manufacturing department.
- Completes and maintains all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain department housekeeping standards.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience: Technical Diploma or Associates degree, or three to five years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of both education and experience preferred.
