QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S./M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or similar
• 0–3 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• No Beta-Lactam allergy due to product exposure
• Team-oriented and detail-driven

• Troubleshoot manufacturing deviations in real-time
• Support daily operations by resolving process interruptions and optimizing workflows
• Conduct root cause investigations and develop CAPAs
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production
• Assist in the authoring and revision of SOPs and batch records
• Participate in shift coverage, including nights and weekends
• Adhere to and support a strong safety culture in all technical activities
