Job Description To support the process control activities for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts operations. Support includes, but not limited to the following activities: Process controls and equipment/system troubleshooting. Backup and restore process of systems software. Access control management. Support projects related to work and troubleshooting in day- to-day operations. Performs and coordinates process controls maintenance as established on the applicable procedures and as required by the GMP regulations. Serves as a single point of contact for all technical issues. Support computer system validation and qualification to required systems and equipment’s. Qualifications BS Engineering or related field. High degree of PC and PLC technical skills (hardware and software). Programming knowledge on Ladder logic, Wonderware, Visual Basic. Working knowledge in ladder logic coding structure. PLC programming skills and working knowledge on AB and Siemens PLCs and the software platforms. Knowledge or experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant utilities, solid dose manufacturing and packaging equipment/systems and its computer/control systems. Training or experience in the applicable following technologies: mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatic, electronics, PLCs, SCADA, test equipment, HVAC, formulation, compression, and coating. Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish). Working knowledge of MS applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Project, among others.
