Are you passionate about process optimization and quality assurance in a high-tech manufacturing environment? As a Manufacturing Process Technician at Stryker, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of new production processes while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will work closely with engineers and production teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence in medical technology manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support in implementing new processes, ensuring task completion and documentation in compliance with new product development procedures at Stryker.
  • Ensure process and product quality according to operational and material specifications.
  • Collaborate with project and process engineers in developing manufacturing and/or testing workflows, including DOE (Design of Experiments) and DFM/DFI (Design for Manufacturing/Inspection) tasks.
  • Organize and execute process-related tasks such as CNC, CAD/CAM, and/or CMM programming, including qualification and validation activities.
  • Set up equipment and conduct related validation activities.
  • Assist process engineers in selecting machinery and equipment based on specification analysis, reliability requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Train production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
