POSITION SUMMARY Hourly Wage: $21.00 to $24.00 Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Plainwell, MI Student Intern - In-person work location Assist the engineering department through various projects, primarily with CAD work and implementing continuous improvement requests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Create CAD models and drawings for manufacturing. * Update part processes and drawings from continuous improvement requests. * Assist engineers on new projects. * Other tasks as assigned KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS * Drawing/CAD experience (Solidworks preferred) * Second year of college or greater EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE * Currently enrolled at a four-year college or university in a curriculum including mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or other related technical discipline. Loose-fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. * Employees must demonstrate physical ability to work in a standing or sitting position, up to 8-12 hours per day.
