POSITION

We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Coordinator to join our team. As the Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing and supply chain/production processes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality system requirements, with the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the production, supply chain, product development, and customer support.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Mechanical Technician/Technologist Program or Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Some experience preferred (internship, coop, or 1-2 years work experience).
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in an evolving work environment, resilient, and can adapt in an evolving environment.
• Process Oriented: Ability to understand and work with manufacturing systems, equipment, and procedures.
• Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in tasks and quality testing.
• Technology savvy: Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to the role.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills to effectively address customer inquiries and document processes.
• Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
• Multi-tasking: Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes, support different tasks, and adjust to evolving business needs.
• Team skills: Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Additional: Valid drivers’ license, some travel may be required.
