POSITION SUMMARY

Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, stands as a testament to the pet care industry’s excellence. Nestled along the Historic Route 66 in northeast Oklahoma, near the borders of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas, this facility has been producing a wide array of pet treat products and brands since its inception in 1997. With an unwavering commitment to quality and safety, our factory plays a pivotal role in serving a vast region as we drive the future of pet treat innovation. As the Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the manufacturing and material handling teams within the factory to support the collection, entry and reporting of manufacturing and inventory management functions. Your work directly impacts operations planning, costing and production efficiency. You’ll collaborate effectively with the production and materials accounting teams to monitor data and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Record and track all production activities within the manufacturing systems
  • Enter and validate material requirements and production planning metrics
  • Reconcile materials usage transactions and resolve variances
  • Perform inventory management functions such as cycle counts, variance analysis and balance reconciliation
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, quality and accounting

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years’ with material handling, accounting, inventory or warehousing experience preferably in a manufacturing, military or related environment.
