We are seeking a Production Manufacturing Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing processes align with our commitment to quality and efficiency, directly contributing to our mission of providing affordable healthcare solutions.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Manage supply chain processes to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead and mentor manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding production schedules.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability in supply chain management and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
