In this role, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by running equipment, monitoring production processes, maintenance, sanitation, or transporting goods while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines. Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly. Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records. Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly. Qualifications & MoreQualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a repetitive-motion environment. Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision. Preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related industrial environments. Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes. Schedule & Work Environment Shift: 1st / 2nd / 3rd May require overtime, weekends, or rotating schedules based on production needs. Manufacturing floor environment with noise, machinery, and occasional exposure to production material components. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: Starting at $18.00 with pay based on experience plus shift differential of $1.00 for 2nd Shift and $2.00 for 3rd Shift.
