You will report to Production Manager based in Singapore.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Experience : Min 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on training or production.
• Skills : -.
• Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training programmes.
• Work Environment
• May involve working in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and production lines.
• You will work in diverse work environment and manage multiple training sessions.

• Train Development : Facilitate training materials, including manuals, videos, and hands-on training modules tailored to production processes.
• Conduct Training Sessions : Facilitate hands-on training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees on manufacturing techniques and safety procedures.
• Assess Training Needs : Collaborate with production supervisors and management to identify training needs and skill gaps within the team.
• Evaluate Training Outcomes : Assess trainees’ skills through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with management to identify training needs and areas for process improvement.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
• Safety Training : Ensure that all training includes essential safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor to new employees, providing guidance during their onboarding process.
