Drive Manufacturing Requirements into Powertrain Architecture Development Process Analyze Manufacturing Key Process Indicators (KPI's) and implement corrective actions to deliver Business Objectives Develop and Execute Strategies for improving Manufacturing Productivity and Quality Drive adoption of New Technologies and Advanced Manufacturing methods Utilize Manufacturing Knowledge to Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures Provide Team Leadership in addressing Technical Challenges Collaborate with cross-functional activities (Product Development, Purchasing, Marketing, Supply Base and Manufacturing Plant) to ensure Quality of Manufacturability and Cost-Effective Production Methods Implement Virtual Manufacturing Tool Set Meet Program Financial Targets for Facility, Tooling and Labor Lead all phases of New Model Product Launch at Powertrain Plant(s) including Tooling and Facility Installations 5+ Years leadership Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Strong Project Management skills and result-oriented mindset Proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams Experience leading Project from Concept to Manufacturing Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles Ability to set long term goals and implement Manufacturing Strategies Experience in Cost Control and Resource allocation to maximize efficiency Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions Experience leveraging Virtual Manufacturing tools Strong communication skills Implementation of Failure Mode Avoidance principles and Quality Improvement actions For more information on salary and benefits, click here: https://fordcareers.co/LL5SP1 Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
