About the Role The EUV Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for assisting in project planning and quality assurance activities. Reporting Line This positions reports to the Manufacturing Manager. Your Role Work with the Manufacturing Manager and Operations personnel to improve SAP functionality and eventual implementation of S4 Hana. Work with technicians and engineers to draft QC documentation, QA process documentation, work instructions and vendor/internal/lot numbering documentation. Maintain proper revision control and organization for all QA/QC documentation. Work with Operations to implement serial number tracking and assignment within SAP for specific identified input products. Review all engineering change orders to identify active production orders and planning proposals that will be affected. Take proper action to resolve ECO’s affecting active orders and proposals. Interface with the engineering team to clarify design. Interface with operations team to manage vendor quality. Provide feedback to optimize and/or document assembly instructions. Work with the Manufacturing Team to drive continuous improvement through business and quality objectives and resolve issues that could impact product quality or customer specifications. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years’ experience in project management or related field. Experience project managing complex, cross functional manufacturing/engineering projects. Proven track record of managing development projects throughout the project lifecycle. An independent worker and self-starter who acts on issues with little guidance. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with highly technical peers. Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum models and ability to critique work of self and others constructively. Excellent documentation skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage workload among changing priorities. Have the ability to multi-task within a single or across multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for finding creative solutions to problems and delivering quality products. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high paced, startup environment. Ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pound Qualifications (Bonus to Have) Knowledge of product design workflow relevant to the semiconductor equipment manufacturing process. PMP Certification. Position Details The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$120,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
