Description
Role & Responsibility: Act as the project owner during NPI phase and will be the primary contact window of customer, including engineering activities and project schedule Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Organize and facilitate kick-off meeting and regular meetings to monitor and manage 4M1E status. Drive problem solving, production yield and efficiency improvement during MP Review and approve customer-required documentation Host customer visits, deliver technical presentations and conduct production line tours. Support new project RFQ and take ownership of COGS analysis & improvement for MP projects Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics or mechanical engineering. 5+ years of experience in product/project management Strong technical background in electronics assembly and related fields. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Fluent in English (TOEIC >700), with strong written and verbal proficiency. Familiar with APQP, ISO13485, IATF16949, VDA 6.3 is preferred.
