Location: Shoreview, MN
Wage: $80,000 – $105,000/year, depending on experience
Hours: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday

REQUIREMENTS OF THE MANUFACTURING PROJECT MANAGER:

• 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or a related field
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management preferred

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex manufacturing projects
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure design and safety compliance
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and initiate corrective actions as needed
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, especially with beryllium-related processes
• Lead cross-functional team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external clients on project status
