Job Description Summary Job Description Controlling CTQ points: following up all CTQ points during manufacturing of Core building, CCA, tanking & final assembly. Recording violation of IH and WI during manufacturing. Supporting internal audits and Inspections: He support in regular audits and quality inspections of manufacturing processes and materials to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Data Collection: He also supports in collecting data for Dust, humidity and temperature on daily basis for confirming clean room environment for manufacturing. In-process inspection: Leading for routine inspection on all workstations in CB, CCA, tanking and final assembly area. Problem-Solving: Provides the technique and guidance for unidentified issues occurs during manufacturing after consulting with team members. Documentation and Reporting: He maintains quality document, including inspection reports, quality check sheets, gate points and etc. as and when needed. Qualification: Should have more than 7 years of experience in Transformer manufacturing industry in IN Process Quality control with BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical background Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Responsibilities

This engineer will lead routine in-process inspections across all workstations and provide technical guidance for resolving unidentified manufacturing issues.
