  • Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate should have experience in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Production Quality, Industrial Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, or related fields.The candidate should demonstrate:Proven experience managing manufacturing-quality operations in an industrial, engineering, automotive, electronics, machinery, construction-products, consumer-products, or other production environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality-control methods, inspection, testing, measurement, process capability, and defect prevention.
  • Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable quality-management standards.
  • Experience with Process FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, CAPA, root-cause analysis, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies where relevant.
  • Experience managing non-conformance, defect containment, corrective actions, and continuous-improvement programs.
  • Strong understanding of measurement systems, calibration, inspection equipment, and quality-data management.
  • Experience managing supplier quality and supplier corrective actions.
  • Experience with customer complaints, returns, warranty issues, and field-quality investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing audits, process audits, product audits, and quality-system audits.
  • Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
  • Experience using ERP, QMS, MES, SPC, inspection, or other manufacturing-quality systems.
  • Experience with digital inspection, automated quality control, machine vision, or AI-assisted inspection is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of product safety, critical characteristics, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing quality teams across production environments.
  • Strong financial awareness, including Cost of Poor Quality, scrap, rework, warranty, and quality-improvement economics.
  • Experience supporting new-product introduction, process validation, engineering changes, and production launches.
  • Knowledge of UAE and GCC manufacturing, industrial, regulatory, and quality environments is advantageous.
  • Relevant degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional quality certification such as ASQ, CQE, Six Sigma, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, technical, problem-solving, project-management, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance production requirements with quality, safety, customer, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
