It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Quality Planner to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility located in the Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain our commitment to excellence. Develop and implement quality management strategies for manufacturing processes Conduct product audits and preliminary investigations for assembly lines Drive preventive quality management initiatives, including 14Q, QAM, control plans, and FMEA line-walks Participate in Process-FMEA moderation for new product launches and relocation/localization projects Enhance quality mindset among manufacturing team members through training and mentorship Collaborate closely with DBE for Layered Process Confirmation (LPC) and 14Q implementation on the shop floor Coordinate process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards Manage customer complaints, 8D reports, and concession processes Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and FMEA Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, particularly IATF 16949 Proficiency in developing and implementing Control Plans and FMEA Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in quality management software and statistical process control (SPC) tools Cost-focused mindset with the ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements Familiarity with industry-standard quality tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen) Willingness to work in an industrial setting and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environment Ability to travel occasionally for audits or supplier visits Additional Information Your future job offers you Housing allowance, company shuttle, free lunch, provident fund, medical benefits, OPD, IPD, dental benefits, performance bonus, service year reward, insurance, diligent allowance, marriage allowance, new born gift, oversea allowance, etc. Make it happen Send us your application by using the I'm interested button!
