EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2 – 4 years of experience with agriculture vehicles or construction equipment’s.
  • Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Processes and Systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing approach and methodology
  • Knowledge of products and their application
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of transforming complex data into insights to support fact-based decision making
  • Professional in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and overall integration of MS Office applications, knowledge of Minitab.
  • Flexible work ethic, performs under pressure and used to work with tight deadlines
  • Complex problem-solving ability
  • Manage conflicting priorities and initiate appropriate action.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude
  • Able to produce structured reports for the communication of complex quality issues
  • Expertise in data analytics and development of algorithms

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Responsibilities
  • Guide the Plant Quality Manager to assure shipment/delivery quality
  • Guide the Plant Quality Manager in gap analyses to develop a quality road map
  • Guide the Quality Plant team to apply the Lean Manufacturing/Quality theory to use the tools in a proper manner and to achieve a continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes.
  • Increase the robustness of the Manufacturing processes during the Launch of new products
  • Drive and support the Plant Quality Manager to Attack prioritized issues from DAR/PDI reports
  • Drive and support the Plant Quality Manager to Attack all Warranty related losses (MERF XPDI- MERF 3MIS)
  • Provide training and coach the plants for Quality manufacturing/ Lean Manufacturing processes and skills
  • Support and lead global improvement/implementation project
