Description
To manage, plan and Responsible for the Implementation and Administration of System used to determine the Quality ofIncoming Material, In process Product, Final Product (Outgoing) and Tear Down Activities include set up the system forPreservation of Inspection and Test records. This position has full authority to ensure that all product shipment meet productSpecification in according with customer requirement.- Responsible for quality have the authority to stop production, if necessary to correct quality problems- Initial action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to Quality System- Verity the Implementation of solution.- Control further processing, delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected- Summary quality document and record to generate this information to concerning people for corrective action and preventiveaction propose- Statistical process control analysis that concern with the quality performance in operation- Responsible for quality have the authority to stop production, if necessary to correct quality problems- Lead Auditor/Auditor to audit or assessment internal Quality Audit.- Communicate with the supplier and audit IATF16949 requirement at Supplier Facility.- Implement and maintain of Quality System in accordance with customer requirement state Lear’s Quality Policy and IATF16949
Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Quality Supervisor II is responsible for managing and implementing quality systems for incoming materials, in-process products, and final products. This role includes authority to stop production to address quality issues and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
