In this onsite role based in Hutchinson, KS, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers to fill critical manufacturing roles and drive strategic hiring initiatives across the business. You’ll serve as both a talent advisor and brand ambassador, bringing your industry insight and sourcing expertise to the table.

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles—from sourcing to offer stage
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams
Craft and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Leverage ATS and data to drive hiring efficiency and pipeline quality
