This role plays a critical part in building a strong workforce by sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and operations to meet staffing needs and support workforce development initiatives.  Qualifications Recruitment & Talent Acquisition  * Manage full-cycle recruiting for both hourly manufacturing roles and salaried professional positions.  * Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and community outreach.  * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews and feedback.  * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).  * Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.  Onboarding & Candidate Experience  * Lead onboarding activities including offer letters, pre-employment screenings, orientation scheduling, and Day 1 coordination.  * Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.  * Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve onboarding processes and materials.  * Track onboarding metrics and provide feedback for process improvements.  Stakeholder Collaboration  * Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.  * Collaborate with HR, EHS, and operations to ensure compliance with hiring policies and safety protocols.  * Support workforce planning initiatives and participate in strategic staffing discussions.  Compliance & Reporting  * Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.  * Prepare and present recruiting metrics, trends, and insights to HR leadership.  * Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all candidate and employee records.  Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).  * 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.  * Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried roles.  * Strong organizational and communication skills.  * Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.  * Knowledge of onboarding best practices and employment compliance.    Preferred Skills:  * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.  * Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 80/20 workforce planning principles.  * Experience with high-volume recruiting and workforce development programs.
