Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Repair & Maintenance Team Leader and drive excellence in equipment performance and reliability! What will you do: Lead and coordinate comprehensive maintenance strategies including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize safety, quality, and equipment availability while managing maintenance budgets Guide and mentor maintenance teams while planning work orders and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution decisions to enhance manufacturing capabilities Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance What will make you successful: Eucation: Industrial, mechanical, electric electronical, mechatronics enginering degree or related.
