What You Will Do:
Through the Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) you will gain experience in roles focused on quality, manufacturing engineering, supply chain planning, finance, and operations supervision and more! Clarios offers you a broad exposure to its Battery business. You will be presented diverse project responsibilities, engaging you in cross-functional job experiences and valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Clarios leadership.
The Clarios program is a two-year rotational development program, consisting of three 8-month rotational assignments in our US based facilities. Assignments vary by business need, providing on-the-job learning with challenging deliverables. You will work in various functional areas, gaining a broad understanding of both the Battery business and customers. Upon successful completion of the two-year program, Clarios graduates are placed in a manufacturing location and assignment that continues to demand technical and leadership excellence gained through the program enabling expedited career growth opportunities.
During your assignment with Clarios, you may have a variety of developmental opportunities in addition to your work assignments, such as, roundtable discussions with senior leaders to skill-building workshops, networking events, and community activities. No matter what your assignment, you will be presented with exceptional opportunities that help you explore diverse career paths!
Open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating in December 2025/May 2026
Program rotations: Quality/Engineering, Finance/Supply Chain, and Human Resources/Supervision/Safety
This program rotates associates to different plants. Relocation is provided and required. Possible locations among our facilities include Geneva, IL; Portland, OR; Tampa, FL; St. Joseph, MO; Toledo OH; Fort Wayne, IN; San Antonio, TX; Oconee, SC; Middletown, DE.

How You Will Do It:

  • Ensure robust planning across plants, geographies, and work with functional teams.
  • Influence local teams to improve their local processes and production.
  • Develop working relationships with internal customers and Product Management teams.

What We Look For:

Required

  • Ability to relocate every 8 months for 2 year – Mandatory.
  • Currently holding or pursuing (at a minimum) a bachelor’s degree and graduating before the end of the program in the preferred majors listed below.
  • Preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Safety and Business Administration.
  • Please note that applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred

  • Strong analytical ability to solve programs and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimum guidance.
  • Previous production internship/co-op experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
