  Manufacturing Sales Operations Manager   Position Summary Remote role that must be located in one of these states: PA, WI, MI, NH, FL, IN, MA.  Will Drive revenue growth, cultivate customer relationships, and support the Commercial organization for targeted manufacturing Tecomet facility. Will develop the inside sales strategy, manage daily Commercial manufacturing operations, coach team members, monitor KPI’s and ensure exceptional customer service for this contract manufacturer.      Principle Responsibilities   Strategy * Develop and execute Site specific Commercial growth strategy and achieve annual growth target for this contract manufacturer * Site coordinator for Commercial activities Administration * Site lead for customer Monthly Manufacturing Operating Reviews * Compile monthly data for customer engagement meetings * Customer coordination of Forecasts * Obtain through email or portal customer forecast information for Site represented and provide to Demand Planning Team * Track raw material variances and action as required * Quarterly review of raw materials pricing changes. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategic Account Directors as required. * Manage Tariff Customer Purchase Orders and Payments * Manage all Tariff actions for purchase order obtainment and payment. Manage order entry with Customer Service and assure Finance is informed of payment status. * Fiscal Year AOP Management for responsible facilities Development of Annual Revenue plan * Maintain SalesForce Opportunities and Dashboards * Management of customer escalations * Commercial representative for Site NPI related activities * Customer portal maintenance * Customer Audit / Visit Support * Pricing Discrepancies * Quoting & Contract Support * Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely quotes * Ensure quotes reflect customer specifications, quality requirements, and regulatory standards * Support contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and long-term supply agreements   Reporting * Report KPI’s and conduct monthly performance to target reviews * Analyze sales data, forecasts, and performance vs. AOP * Compile data analysis of current sales, past due items, and customer forecast to collaborate with Strategic Account Directors on actions required * Monthly Receivables & Collections * Track and manage monthly Receivables and Collections. Consult with Finance and Strategic Account Directors on escalations as required for non-payment.  * Profitability analysis * Track and manage SKU level profitability. Collaborate with Finance and Strategic Account Directors as required. * Monthly report out on growth Opportunity status Cross-Functional Collaboration   Work closely with engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met   Qualifications Required * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or account management within a contract manufacturing or precision machining environment * Strong understanding of job shop, CNC machining, tight-tolerance manufacturing * Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, high-accountability environment Preferred * Experience working in a contract manufacturing environment or "build to print" business * Experience working  with customers such as Zimmer Biomet, Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, or similar a plus * Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems in a manufacturing setting * Background in quoting engineered or custom-manufactured components Key Competencies * Customer-focused and relationship-driven * Strong leadership and team-building skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and long sales cycles Travel Requirements * Up to 25% travel as required – periodic international
