JOB OVERVIEW

Pure Filtration, LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, promote our products and services, and build long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for business development, while also being proficient in sales management software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (industrial equipment sales is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, sales development, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to initiate outbound calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to travel for the role (50% travel).
  • COVID vaccinated and clean background.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong CRM and database skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with online tools like Zoom.
  • Language skills are an advantage but not a necessity.
