Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our efforts to raise the bar in Nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPV) production. You’ll combine lab-based research with strategic process thinking to improve our Insectary and Production Operations. You’ll lead research experiments, guide team members, and help shape how we grow, produce, and deliver world-class biological products.

  • Lead Research & Innovation: Design and conduct experiments to optimize production workflows and insect health.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency in our operations.
  • Analyze & Report: Interpret data, write detailed research reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor & Collaborate: Train and guide lab assistants and technicians while working closely with QA/QC and production teams.
  • Think Strategically: Look beyond the science—understand the “why” behind what we do and how your work impacts farmers and food systems globally.
