Description

Directs key manufacturing processes through supervisors to insure production objectives met consistently with overall quality requirements. Participate as a key member of plant manager's staff in all critical decisions impacting facility. 1. Assures production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules and quality specifications. 2. Ensure compliance with standards provided to the manufacturing areas. 3. Effective management of plant resources 4. Actively collaborate with Plant's profit plan goals 5. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic or Electronic - Mechanical o Preferable Master degree in Production, Engineering, administration or other science. Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing lines. o Supervisor Experience (Skill, Semi-Skill and None Skill employees).
