Manufacturing Senior Manager/ Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 6 - 10 years relevant experience in high volume technology based manufacturing environment
• Experienced working in wafer fab environment
• Strong leadership, mentorship & coaching skills
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication process, equipment configurations & WPH, as well as semiconductor process flow.
• Good project management & problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership qualities and team playe

• Manage and lead a team of Engineers, Associate Engineers to manage the daily operations of production planning to meet department’s goal
• Work closely with top management to establish clear direction and timely execution
• Establish production plans, strategies & raw wafer requirements based on sales plan
• Work with Production Control and Capacity Planning teams
• Establish scheduling rules for optimum utilization of production capacity
• Timely schedule of starts, commit and expedite delivery
• Set targets, goals and projects to maintain high turn ratio and line linearity
• Manage production planning indices and production status
• Provide direction for operations departments to improve production cycle time
• Provide guidance and training to team to achieve maximum performance
• Provide guidance and appraisals and road map career paths for subordinates
• Support strategic planning initiatives
• Talent identification, acquisition and performance management for continuous enhancement of team capabilities.
