JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.
As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or High School Diploma with proven experience in manufacturing in the aviation field
• Previous experience in a similar role in complex industrial context
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent Italian and good English knowledge
• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

• Responsible for the warehouse management and calibration calendar
• Manage the housekeeping and the production
• Oversee the propellers repairing
• Execute production according to the appropriate instructions
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline
• Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or experience
• Resolve issues using established procedures
• Support concurrent engineering activities with the design engineers and/or with the customer
• Identify processes optimization to be implemented Develop and consolidate best practices and standards for manufacturing
