Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production process
  • Follow production guidelines according to the appropriate instructions.
  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a High School Diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field
  • Interest in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Show proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Display effective problem identification and solution skills
