Description
Eaton’s ADMIN Administrative division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor. What you’ll do: PRIMARY FUNCTION: State the primary function or overall purpose of the position. Accomplish production standards based on the performance and capacity of production and meet customer requirements on quality standards for which the company is governed and generate maximum results ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Limit yourself to 8-12 statements) List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above. Daily production Planning (Load Performance) based on Haina Open Order. Ensure monitoring production standards and control processes established by Manufacturing manual, established by the production load cell or production target. Accomplish all objectives belongs to the area; Non Stock Performance, Load Plan, Fill Rate, Scrap Reduction, etc. Maintain and meet all ISO9001 Quality Standards for products. Manage the inventory of raw materials and in-process within the production line. Drive preventive & corrective actions related to daily manufacturing processes through Departmental Team through weekly meetings. Maintain 5’S in the area. Perform Monthly results presentation of the results of the department in terms of metrics and measures established by Eaton. Supervise and monitor the hourly personnel within their assigned production lines; ensuring attendance, conflicts management, disciplinary action, awards, etc. Perform and report to Human Resources changes/ personnel movements such as: department changes, shift changes, promotions, departures and others Follow the compliance of ELS tools and ensure all employees are trained on the system. Responsible of the Process Performance Management, personnel assigned to its manufacturing lines. Supervise and monitoring technical personnel hourly providing maintenance machinery in their manufacturing lines. Actively participate in the Departmental Teams contributing to Continuous improvements that impact the productivity that impact Productivity optimization. 2.1 - Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS): Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator. Assist to all EHS training assigned. Promote and promulgate all MESH. Process and Policies to all the employees in MCB Haina Plant, and ensure that they are being performed at the plant. Train all employees under their supervision in their respective function JSA. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic or Electronic – Mechanical. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. English - Advanced PC. knowledge Advanced (Excel, Word, Power Point) Knowledge of Statistical Process Control. General Knowledge of: Lean, Quality Standards (ISO9001) & ISO 14001. Successful results proven in past experience. Prefer: General Knowledge of EBS (Eaton Business System). Competencies: Thinks & Acts Strategically, Digital Mindset, Gets Results through Self & Others, Builds Organizational Capability. Experience with personnel Management.
