Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily shift operation for the 2nd Shift Tufting Department at Plant 4. Must lead the shift in safety, quality, production and cost. To be successful as Supervisor, a candidate must be able to: solve problems; provide direction; coach associates; hold the team accountable; effectively communicate with peers and management; continuously drive departmental improvements. The Supervisor plans shift production using Formula Control and works with other departments to meet customer demands. The Supervisor monitors the Head's Up Display screen to monitor process status. Required Competencies: Delegate Authority Drive Results Coach & Support Build a Successful Team Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required. Previous experience in manufacturing required. Previous experience as Lead, Fill-In Supervisor or Supervisor within the most recent 5 years required. Tufting Experience preferred.
