Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to lead production operations, manage resources, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products. This role will serve as the main point of contact for customers, oversee scheduling and productivity, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontracted activities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Act as the focal point for the customer, providing daily updates. Oversee schedules, productivity, and quality targets. Pilot workload and capacity planning, setting priorities as needed. Manage resources, training programs, and employee qualifications. Prepare monthly reports based on customer requirements. Coordinate handovers between team supervisors. Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Proven experience in leading and coordinating meetings across multiple interfaces. Strong background in lean manufacturing and team management. Proficiency in Alstom processes, procedures, and IT tools/software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Attributes Ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
