Main Responsibilities As a supervisor, you will oversee the manufacture of products by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring workflow, and production activities as needed. Supervise and provide leadership to team members who operate automatic/manual equipment and forklifts or perform operations to dispense, manufacture, fill, and package products. Follow the daily production schedule of products to be produced/packaged. Ensure products are manufactured, packaged, and/or shipped according to the specifications on batch tickets. Troubleshoot and solve production problems with equipment or processes Provide on-the-job training to new and existing team members, following company SOPs, policies, and EHS practices. Promote team safety and compliance with safety rules in work areas. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Communicate with supervisors on other shifts. Compliance with all Plant Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and Environmental and OSHA regulatory requirements Prepare daily reports as directed by management. Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role High School Diploma or Equivalent Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to supervise and work with a diverse team effectively. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual a plus, but not required Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills Must be able to meet flexible work schedule demands Wear specified personal protective equipment as required, including steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses, aprons, protective gloves or respirators, hoods, masks, face shields, etc.. Physical Demands Ability to lift heavy packages to 50 pounds Push or pull up to 100 pounds. Walk and/or stand for long periods regularly.
