After strong growth across their NZ and Australian customer base, Stratex is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the team - and they are looking for people who wish to grow with the business, not just fill a role. What You’ll Do Lead and support production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing daily operations across the manufacturing floor Coordinate staffing, leave management, overtime, and shift priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements Drive a strong health, safety, and compliance culture through inductions, hazard management, PPE control, audits, and continuous safety engagement Coach, train, and develop operators by maintaining training plans, SOPs, skills matrices, and competency records across the team Monitor production performance, quality, downtime, and housekeeping standards while identifying continuous improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency What You’ll Bring Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices, with a proactive approach to compliance and continuous improvement Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid digital skills, including MS Office and production reporting systems, combined with a practical, hands-on approach and positive attitude What’s On Offer Rotating 12-hour shifts that provide built-in time off and lifestyle flexibility Secure, long-term role with a well-established manufacturer Collaborative, supportive team culture with strong leadership at every level Ongoing training and development Join a supportive and growing team where your leadership, coaching, and operational experience will make a real impact.
