Job Description Deal with all product, technique and abnormal problem Cooperate with other departments to get their full effective support Layout the requirement of manpower. Plan and implement the training scheme Troubleshooting and fulfill the production plan Train line leader's management skill and establish teamwork spirit Establish and carry into execution the performance management and encouragement system Ensure workshop clean and safe and the company security policy be applied promptly Control the production process, and fulfill the product job on time with high quality Cooperation with engineer to improvement Tool OEE. Report major issues to manager Use Lean manufacturing concept and implement Lean activities Able to work three shifts and accept the rotating rest system. Qualifications Generally require bachelor, if the guy has rich experience in production management, the education background can be loosened.
