Currently the Carole Park team is seeking an Manufacturing Support Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract with possibility of extension. The Manufacturing Support Manager will be responsible for leading projects and initiatives to improve safety, quality and efficiency of the Production department in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The main duties of the Manufacturing Support Manager will include but are not limited to: Lead and own improvement initiatives / projects for the Production department Provide up to date project status reporting to inform and engage stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders both locally and globally to deliver on project commitments. Complete all compliance records (incidents, investigations, CAPAs, change controls etc.) assigned within your responsibility on time. Report any deviations in processing or procedures immediately. Identify and participate in the implementation of continuous improvements. Supervise / Lead both direct and non-direct staff associated with the Production projects. Lead and own the Manufacturing inventory management processes. Manage your work efficiently and cost effectively to meet Operations plans and targets About You Experience with SAP, MES and Trackwise Experience in the manufacturing / packaging disciplines. Experience in technical writing.
