Actively support the Site leadership obtaining, consolidating and reporting Operational KPI´s together with talk overs from each line / stakeholder. (e.g. Labour hours, Raw materials, Engineering and consumables). Be the link between Operations Metrics and Site Finance community. Responsibilities Labor Analysis: Obtain daily online labour talk overs from each line Consolidate daily online labour outputs from Resource and Capability Lead (RCLs) to see site view. Share with Senior Ops Managers Ensure consolidated talk overs align to ops performance discussed in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) Support with ad hoc labour deep dives - be the link between site and Finance Support Team (ICC) Raw Materials: Support with raw mats deep dives - be the link between site and Finance Support Team (ICC) Run weekly raw mats reports Waste Control (WC) and Material Variance Report (MVR) and review, create talk over linked to site performance to share with Site Finance Manufacturing Over Heads (MOH): Settlement of Engineering orders Consumables reporting, run reports and discuss with site. Link to site performance SPARK: Weekly Direction Setting (DS) attendance (attend one line per week) and carry out two Clean Inspect and Lubricate (CILs) per week (one per site) Qualifications 2 years experience within Manufacturing environment; SAP knowledge, Understanding of Manufacturing processes and their financial implications Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills; Key communication skills. Desirable Skills (these are not essential and further training will be given): Knowledge of more advanced anlytical reporting (e.g. Power Bi) Analytical Skills such as Lean Six Sigma or 8 step problem solving Design & build report dashboards for clear reporting of losses and opportunities (based on principal accountabilities) A Space to be You We celebrate individuality and are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
