• Successfully completed commercial, technical or business administration vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial to several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company, ideally in a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical or food industries.
• Good knowledge in the areas of production control, order processing, materials management and inventory management.
• Proficient use of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and a strong understanding of operational relationships along the value chain.
• A high level of quality and responsibility awareness, as well as a structured and careful way of working.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to recognize deviations, analyze causes and derive sustainable solutions.
• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and a passion for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements is an advantage.
