Manufacturing Support Technician Responsibilities: * Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, following technical manuals and schematics * Diagnose issues by observing machine operation, listening for abnormal sounds, and using testing tools to identify root causes * Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts, inspecting components for wear, and ensuring proper dimensional specifications * Adjust, repair, or replace mechanical and control parts to restore optimal device performance * Install and set up structural and functional components, lubricate and clean parts, and conduct testing to verify repairs * Operate metalworking tools such as drill presses and grinders to fabricate or repair parts as needed * Monitor equipment operation, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime * Maintain a clean, organized work environment and accurately document maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed * Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of systems and equipment * Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and calibrations to ensure machinery operates within specifications Manufacturing Support Technician Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, installation, or related roles. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals. * Your own reliable transportation * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Benefits: * Weekly pay * Paid time off and Holiday pay * Referral program * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401k
