Description JOB SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Support Utility Worker (Part-Time) is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility. This role performs general housekeeping duties, removes trash and scrap, assists with moving parts and materials between departments, helps put away inventory, and washes company vehicles. The position contributes directly to production efficiency, workplace organization, and overall facility cleanliness while following established safety procedures. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Requirements DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform daily housekeeping tasks throughout the manufacturing departments, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining clean work areas. Collect, remove, and dispose of trash, scrap, and recyclable materials from production areas. Assist with putting away inventory, restocking shelves, and organizing storage areas. Move materials, components, and parts between workstations or departments to support production needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, such as break rooms, walkways, and equipment zones. Wash and clean company vehicles as required, ensuring they are kept in acceptable condition. Support facility upkeep, including clearing debris and assisting with general clean-up and special projects. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working on the manufacturing floor. Report any safety, cleanliness, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, facilities support, or manufacturing is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to use common cleaning tools and follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
