We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Integration Analyst to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Manager, Manufacturing and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role.
The Manufacturing Systems Integration Specialist is an entry-level professional position designed to develop future leaders within our manufacturing operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Translate operational needs into system requirements, ensuring that enhancements to the systems align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with operations team to identify system improvements and promote engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements through the systems and applications, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Identify how systems can be configured to streamline tasks like quality inspections and material flow.
  • Monitor and analyze run-time and quality inspection data, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Highlight trends and help drive corrective actions. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of system updated and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for shop floor operators, providing training and support on the application’s functionalities and best practices.
  • Use knowledge of system to recommend design or workflow changes to reduce user resistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of application workflows, user guides, and any process changes for internal and operator reference. Ensure that documents stay up to date with the latest system updates and changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Must be graduating between May 2024 and August 2025
  • Basic knowledge of MRP systems (Oracle or similar environment), forecasting/capacity, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint a plus
  • Experience with Tulip or similar platforms

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence Technologies and it’s utilization in application development.
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and a process oriented mindset.
  • Data and software savvy with track record of using software systems to solve routine issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes quickly.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods on solid surfaces
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment in required areas

Salary Ranges:
$67,200.00 - $96,800.0
