Job Description Position Summary Assist Supervisor with day to day management of the team; train team members as needed; remove burrs from manifolds using hand tools or automated processes Duties and Responsibilities The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons · Deburr parts per the process card · Manually deburr manifold blocks · Perform safety checks on thermal deburr machine prior to operation · Operate the thermal deburring machine · Check completed manifolds for damage and contamination · Stack finished product as directed by work instructions on pallets or crates · Organize work based off production list · Support Deburring team when issues come up, notify supervisor as needed · Train deburring team to proper processes · Identify tapped hole that need plugs for thermal deburring personnel · Receive completed orders · Send email stating jobs that have been received and ready for CMP · Maintain a clean work environment · Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations · Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed · Perform other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Qualifications and Experience · High School diploma or equivalent preferred · No prior experience required; 6 month’s experience in a manufacturing environment preferred · Ability to read blueprints · Basic computer skills · Comfort level working around machinery in a fast-paced environment · Ability to train new employees on production process successfully, T.W.I. training required · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English · Must be able to meet quality and entry level productivity standards · Strong attention to detail · Ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: · Lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance · Able to sit or stand for long periods of time Work Environment · Majority of the work time is spent in a manufacturing environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high · PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes Additional Information Salary and Benefits: The hourly range for the position is $20 - $23.20/hour. The individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. The Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process. Responsibilities

Assist the supervisor in managing the deburring team and training members on proper processes. Perform manual and automated deburring of manifold blocks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
