WE HAVE A VACANCY WITHIN OUR MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT AND ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR THE ROLE OF MANUFACTURING TEAM LEADER. WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE RELEVANT AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE SEEKING AN OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND JOIN A GROWING ORGANISATION.

Shift Pattern: 39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, with a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00. You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30 Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you will have a 10-minute paid break each morning Monday to Friday and a 10-minute paid break each afternoon Monday to Thursday.
Location: Accrofab Derby – DE21 7RX
Responsible for the NDT, Inspection and Part Mark/ Packing areas.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage throughput of work in priority order to deliver our OTIF target
• Ensure planned times are accurate and that team members are competing work within time allocated
• Maintain an efficient system to control the maintenance and storage / replenishment of tooling
• Carry out sheet metalwork operations to produce conforming parts
• Provide input including method and cycle times for new quotations when required
• Lead / support the development of efficient methods of manufacture and tooling for NPDI and existing work
• Liaise with Management regarding staffing levels and workload
