Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing teams to achieve production, productivity, quality, delivery and safety targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop employees, encouraging engagement, accountability and a high-performance team culture.
• Monitor operational performance, manage resources and support improvements across manufacturing processes, facilities and workplace safety.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations and 1–3 years’ experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques, including 6S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work and Visual Management.
• Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D or A3.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and organisational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
