SUMMARY

We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Markham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional products to our clients.

• Work on machinery to manufacture products as required.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor production schedules.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Ability to use hand tools and large saws.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Will train as required.
• Acrylic Fabrication processes are an asset.
